SmartBug is a HubSpot Elite Solutions Partner built to connect the business process to the technical delivery.
For PAS, the work is bigger than syncing fields. It is a reliable path from the right customer price to an accepted quote, an ERP order and a rep who can see what happens next.
One coordinated team owns the journey: proven related ERP delivery, explicit responsibilities, a staged launch and training that leaves PAS able to maintain what we build.
Map PAS’s quote and repeat-order journey. Validate licensing and APIs. Define ownership and measurable acceptance tests with PAS and its Acumatica implementation partner.
Configure the HubSpot quoting experience and build the selected integration path. Map pricing and orders with auditability, retries and alerts. Pilot the complete journey with reps.
Deliver an administrator playbook, training and post-launch stabilization. Optional monthly support covers monitoring, issue triage, API change review and an improvement backlog.
Proposed roles, not named staffing or guaranteed resources.
Owns pricing policy and data, access, and user acceptance testing (UAT) decisions.
Owns ERP setup, ERP-side customizations and endpoint readiness. Separately scoped ERP changes remain with that partner.
Estimated PAS allowance: 3–5 combined stakeholder hours/week during build; 6–10 during UAT. ERP partner: 1–3 hours/week, plus any separately scoped ERP changes.

“He accelerated our setup, identified best practices, and gave us confidence in navigating this new platform.”
Real examples of connecting platforms, aligning teams and making customer data useful.
Our experience includes Acumatica integration scoping and prior client implementations. That work is protected by strict NDAs, so we do not share client names or project details. The public stories below demonstrate related ERP and custom-integration delivery.
SmartBug integrations catalogSiloed data and manual forecasting limited customer visibility. SmartBug migrated the CRM, integrated the ERP, created custom objects and trained teams. The published result: less sales-team time spent managing data and a unified customer view. The ERP platform is not named publicly, and this is not an Acumatica case study.
Validate shared customer/group data, order visibility and rep adoption together—not simply field sync.
SmartBug delivered a Salesforce-to-HubSpot migration and Nextech integration. Custom CRM cards displayed data without storing it in HubSpot. Nextech is not an ERP, and this is not an Acumatica case. The published conversion improvement followed adoption; it does not establish sole causation or predict PAS results.
Evaluate CRM cards versus replicated order objects against reporting needs, data volumes and licensing.
Evaluate first: supported version, pricing coverage, quote-to-order behavior and licensing.
Use when supported mappings cover PAS’s needs and operational controls are sufficient.
Implement remaining gaps only after the field map and acceptance tests establish the lift.
The Acumatica CRM app on HubSpot and Acumatica’s own HubSpot connector mainly establish CRM/marketing sync. Their presence does not prove full pricing or quote-to-order coverage.
Integration Fox advertises customer/company, contact, sales order/deal and order detail/line-item sync. That does not establish PAS-specific price books or accepted-quote order creation. Validate PAS’s version, support, licenses and mappings before selecting a path.
Active SKUs, customer/location IDs, resolved prices, terms, historical orders with line items and quantities, and fulfillment/payment status.
Accepted quote snapshot → reviewed sales order/draft; return the ERP order ID to HubSpot.
Acumatica owns catalog, price lists, customers/credit, inventory, orders, invoicing and accounts receivable.
HubSpot owns sales engagement, quote presentation and a read-only order view.
Integration owns mapping, validation, retries and monitoring.
The existing BigCommerce → ERP commerce path stays separate. No duplicate checkout is proposed.

Validate exact native price-book limits and refresh behavior; true sequential quote numbering; draft/sent/accepted/rejected/expired status mapping; prospect-without-company support; ERP tax/freight/UOM/rounding and net terms; integration latency; history volumes; connector coverage and license tiers.
No promise of unlimited price books, instant sync, included seats, no onboarding fee or native order-level governance.
A transparent starting range, a bounded first commitment and a schedule sequenced around ERP readiness.
330–530 total hours · $225/hour
20% project management included; every hour billed at $225. Discovery is included, not added twice.
| Delivery workstream | Scope | Delivery hours | Delivery fee |

| Project management · 20% of total project hours / fees | 66–106 | $14,850–$23,850 | |
| Core project total | 330–530 | $74,250–$119,250 | |
PM calculation: total = delivery ÷ 0.8; PM = delivery × 0.25. This is 20% of the total, not a 20% markup.
After discovery: remaining 300–480 total hours · $67,500–$108,000, subject to signed scope and discovery results.
Off by default. Not part of the core first release. Estimated 4–6 additional weeks after core and data readiness—not guaranteed concurrent delivery.
Proposed external scheduled calculation uses customer-location/SKU order history, quantities and days between orders, with agreed outlier exclusion and minimum history. It returns a runout date and confidence. SmartBug would own compute and orchestration; PAS owns data and validation. This is a proposed calculation, not “AI magic” or proven performance.
Initially create a rep-reviewed quote/alert with current prices, a separate Reorder Reminders subscription and suppression controls, a task fallback, and stop reminders once reordered. Prove the nightly run window at actual volumes before promising it.
Fully unattended quote creation/sending is not included. It requires separate feasibility, consent and control validation.
Optional phase: 80–128 delivery + 20–32 PM = 100–160 total hours · $22,500–$36,000.
Optional bounded discovery only if PAS has capacity; otherwise defer it. No production quoting or integration dependency for the December ERP cutover.
If discovery is completed before December, it is not repeated or billed again in 2027. Reconfirm mapping changes after the ERP launch and adjust the remaining plan around completed work. Discovery stays a subset of the core estimate, not a second charge.
A Q1 or Q2 kickoff does not guarantee a same-quarter launch. Exact dates follow readiness gates, confirmed kickoff and available resources.
If not already completed: validate samples, connector fit and acceptance tests once ERP is stable and licenses/access are approved. If completed early: reconfirm post-launch mapping changes and adjust the remaining schedule; do not repeat discovery.
Configure quoting, pricing controls, handoff and order visibility.
Reconcile prices and orders, test scale and pilot real workflows.
Two UAT rounds, recorded training, PAS signoff and staged cutover.
Watch the live journey, triage issues and complete handoff.
